Google’s annual Performance Summit is set to begin live streaming in just under an hour, and many are getting ready to find out what changes Google will be unveiling. Google Partners and advertisers alike took to Twitter to discuss the Summit using the hashtag #GoogleSummit.

It’s unconfirmed what changes will be announced, but here’s a couple of predictions:
One item that will surely be discussed is the new interface of the Adwords platform, which was due for a facelift after many years in the current format.
With everything we have seen – in terms of teasers, announcements and sneak peaks – the suggestion is that the coming event will be firmly mobile-focused. Having already teased some insight, “82% of smartphone users consult their phone in store”, we’re sure that we’ll be the recipient of a whole range of invaluable data and statistics.
