I received a note from a colleague this morning regarding a company that is calling local dental practices, and using scare tactics to drive new membership sales. The company tells the caller that their dental practice is listed as “not accepting new patients” and that to correct it, they’ll need to head to the OpenCare website. I’ve attached a screenshot of the details below. If you own a dental practice, or manage the marketing department for a dental group, be aware of this:
