Hey there! It’s Olivia, back at it again with the blog post *insert laughter*.

Okay, so we all drool over other people’s Instagram, Twitter and Facebook graphics, but how do they make them and how do they make them look so cool?

Here are the top 5 graphic making sites that you can use to make your social media go from drab to fab!

top photo editing websites | Best Instagram Editing Apps | Online Photo Editors

1. PicMonkey

PicMonkey is one of my favorite sites to use! The features range from overlays to makeup fixes to text. It’s simple for someone who has never used a graphics website before and yet still has the advanced features a more seasoned pro would love. PicMonkey is my go-to for everything and anything blemish related. The blemish removal tool is great for taking care of any unwanted spots and helps you get that social media worthy picture without the possibility of embarrassment dangling overhead.

Additionally, PicMonkey offers both free and premium features, although you will most likely never have a need for the premium features enough to pay for a premium account.

2. Canva

Canva is great for almost anything! This site is perfect for someone who has to have exact dimensions for, say, an album cover, Instagram post, Twitter or Facebook header, YouTube thumbnails or even something as simple as a postcard. Canva lets you explore their free and paid templates or you can create a project from scrap. Canva also offers a wide range of text options and unique overlays which is helpful for someone who wants their post to stand out!

One of the best features Canva offers is that the project you’re working on is automatically saved after a few seconds and everything is kept safe in the gallery for you if you have to go back and change something days, weeks or months later.

3. Pixlr

seo company SarasotaPixlr is about as close as you can get to the “Internet version” of Photoshop. This online editor is definitely for the high intermediate-advanced crowd, as it features lasso tools, photo manipulation abilities (perfect for all you “manip” creators out there), cloning features, etc. This tool could also come in handy for all of you YouTubers out there trying to get perfectly blended together thumbnail pictures!

4. Fotor

Fotor is for sure one of my favorite editing websites! The site lets you choose from a multitude of sizes (Facebook, Etsy and Twitter headers, YouTube Thumbnails, Posters, Cards, etc.,) and, like Canva, offers a wide range of pre-made templates and designs. Fotor also allows you to create collages, design your own masterpieces or enter their contests where you can show off your creativity and potentially get paid for it!

5. Pablo by Buffer

Pablo is Buffer’s very own photo editing website that lets you create your masterpiece in a short amount of time with great results. Pablo lets you choose from a few diverse filter options, a photo their own 600k+ stock photo library (or you can simply upload your own) as well as add text and graphic overlays. Pablo is perfect for someone who can get easily overwhelmed by loads of choices because it presents the various options in a clean and simple way without all of the excessive bells and whistles. Pablo also lets you choose from different picture sizes that perfectly fit a Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest post.
